Consultation
We discuss your riding style, terrain, goals, and budget to determine the perfect component combination.
Component Selection
We source premium rims, hubs, spokes, and nipples matched to your requirements.
The Build
Each wheel is carefully laced, tensioned, and stress-relieved by hand. Every spoke tension is measured and documented.
Quality Check
Final inspection for trueness, roundness, and spoke tension uniformity. Your build report is prepared.
Final delivery to customer
